BRITANNIA HOSPITALITY A HUGE SUCCESS IN BERMUDA AT THE AMERICA’S CUP

Britannia Hospitality was set up by ORIGIN Sports Group to provide tailor made experiences for fans of the America’s Cup and Land Rover BAR, to enable them to travel to Bermuda for the event and enjoy exclusive onshore and on-water facilities during this prestigious event.

Over 250 guests have travelled to Bermuda through Britannia, mostly from the UK but also from USA, Europe and Australasia. The day’s experience starts with a briefing in the ‘Britannia Lounge’ at the stunning Royal Bermuda Yacht Club before the guests board the ‘Majestic Lady’ motoryacht and head across the Great Sound to the America’s Cup Race Village and the Land Rover BAR team base. After time to look around the facilities, the guests re-board the Majestic Lady’ and, following lunch, have an exclusive viewing space to watch the racing supported by large screens and commentary from Land Rover BAR team member Tim Carter.

The event has been magical – delivering incredibly close racing and lots of action. Sadly Land Rover BAR were beaten in the semi-finals by Emirates Team New Zealand who now look like they might be on their way to a historic victory over Oracle Team USA.

The final and largest group of guests arrive in Bermuda this coming week-end to enjoy the action over the 24th and 25th June.
